3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at Megasloto at any one time. Users found to hold more than one account — whether under their own name or using another person's details — will have all associated accounts closed and balances forfeited without notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and thereafter is accurate, current and truthful. This includes your full name, identification card number, active Malaysian phone number, date of birth, and bank or e-wallet details.

3.3 Password Security

Megasloto will not be held responsible for any losses arising from the disclosure of your account password to another party. You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and ensuring that no one else accesses your account.

3.4 KYC Verification Process

As part of our anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and platform security measures, Megasloto reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

Megasloto supports a wide range of deposit methods popular among Malaysian users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4.1 Deposit Conditions

5Withdrawal

7Betting & Game Rules

7.1 Finality of Results

7.2 Technical Errors

9.2 Account Closure by User
